PAGE EDITING GUIDE

Note to users:

• I have recently updated the editor to allow more options and better control of your pages.  If you find something that doesn't seem to work correctly, please let me know at admin@theviewfromhome.com.
• For more information about the editor buttons please click on in the editor toolbar.

How To Add Images

• Click in the editor toolbar. 
• Then enter the Image URL (example: http://www.theviewfromhome.com/TVFH/Images/TVFH-Logo.gif )
• Add a page title and description. For more options click on the Appearance and Advanced Tabs
• To finish adding the image click "Insert"
• After you have added an image, you may adjust it by right clicking the image and selecting "Image properties"

Note:

• For Image storage, email images to admin@theviewfromhome.com or use a free service such as flickr. 
• If you opt to email image(s) to us, they will be added to your account and their address will be emailed back to you.

How To Add Section With A Border And White Background 

To create a border similar to that which surrounds this page, go into your page editor and check the "Use default background?" option. Then press Update.

Alternatively, you can directly edit the html for more customized and advanced designs by going into the page editor and selecting the html button () on the editor toolbar.
